These Terms describe the current Filipina Next Door (FND, we, us, or our) website, waitlist and free team-contact service at filipinanextdoor.com and its related FND authentication/contact site. Please read them before submitting an entry or creating an account.
1. The current service
FND is an early community with real member profiles, member connections and messaging, illustrative stories and an optional waitlist.
Joining the waitlist does not create a public member profile, paid membership, or right to contact another prospective member. Adults aged 22 or older may register for free to message the specifically designated Tim/Vanessa FND team-test contacts. These temporary team profiles are not dating matches and may later be disabled. Email-verified adults can complete a real profile and add photos. During this early phase, saving a completed profile with the publication notice can publish it with Screening pending and enable member connections and messaging before the interview. That label is not screening clearance or a safety guarantee. Early-community access is temporary and does not begin a paid trial, subscription or automatic charge. Existing privacy, blocking, reporting and account restrictions still apply. Online billing and AI profiles remain unavailable.
2. Eligibility and accurate information
You must be at least 22 years old to join the waitlist or create a free team-contact account. Submit information about yourself, use an email address or WhatsApp number you control, and provide accurate information. Do not submit another person’s details or impersonate anyone.
The age confirmation on the waitlist is a self-declaration. It is not an identity check or a guarantee about any person.
3. Waitlist contact and withdrawal
When you give the form’s contact consent, you allow FND to contact you using your selected contact method about the FND launch and personal profile setup. This is not a separate marketing subscription.
You can leave the waitlist or stop this outreach by emailing hello@filipinanextdoor.com or telling us in an existing email or WhatsApp conversation. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information and requests.
Joining does not guarantee an invitation, launch date, introduction, match, relationship, or access to a future service. Future services, eligibility requirements, and any prices will be explained before you decide whether to participate.
4. Fictional examples
AI sample profiles are no longer publicly available. Couple imagery and illustrative stories are not member profiles, customer testimonials or evidence of relationships arranged by FND. Tim and Vanessa are FND co-founders/team contacts, not available dating matches.
5. Appropriate use
Do not use the website or waitlist to impersonate others, harass anyone, submit spam or unlawful material, collect other people’s personal information without permission, interfere with the service, or attempt to bypass security or access restrictions. Do not reuse site content in ways that infringe another person’s rights.
We may reject or remove waitlist entries or restrict access when reasonably necessary to address ineligibility, misuse, security concerns, or legal requirements.
Do not send harassment, impersonation, spam, unlawful content or sensitive identity/payment credentials in team-contact messages. Participants can block and report conversations; reports are recorded for human review. No delivery or response time is promised. Retiring a team profile does not erase prior conversation history.
6. Availability and future changes
Features and plans may change during development. The website or waitlist may be interrupted, changed, or discontinued. These Terms do not promise that a future dating service will launch or include particular features.
We will post updated Terms with a new effective date when needed. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
